1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LooksMax Pro mobile application, website, and related services provided by Sentez Inc.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using LooksMax Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

LooksMax Pro is an AI-powered appearance analysis app designed to review selfies and generate informational feedback relating to facial structure, skin, hair, styling, and progress over time.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time, including analysis outputs, subscription features, experimental tools, or visual recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction with any legally required parent or guardian permission, to use LooksMax Pro.

The service is intended for iPhone users and may require supported iOS versions, device hardware, network access, and an App Store account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not upload images of other people without appropriate consent.
• Do not use the app to impersonate, exploit, shame, or target others.
• Do not reverse-engineer, probe, disrupt, scrape, or bypass technical protections of the service.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to access the service except as expressly permitted by us.

5. AI outputs and disclaimers

LooksMax Pro provides automated, non-human analysis. Scores, suggestions, style recommendations, and appearance assessments are informational only and may be incomplete, inconsistent, or subjective.

The service does not provide medical advice, mental health advice, dermatology advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any licensed professional opinion. You should not rely on the app as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Certain features may require a paid subscription, trial, or in-app purchase through Apple. Pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, and taxes are presented through the App Store and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase management are handled according to Apple’s applicable platform policies.

7. Intellectual property

The LooksMax Pro service, including its software, branding, interface design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Sentez Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited rights to use the app in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the service in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.

You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing access and deleting the app from your device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LooksMax Pro and Sentez Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill loss, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use LooksMax Pro during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sentez Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
